Making
and Thinking with Fungi: Multi-Species Collaborations is a three-part
course developing approaches to working and thinking with mushrooms
through papermaking.
During the weeks we will be exploring the
interconnections between human activity and the natural environment.
Considering what working in reciprocity with nature may look like and
specifically what questions arise when working with mushrooms. You will
learn how to identify, forage, prepare and store mushrooms suitable for
paper making. Through the art of paper making with mushrooms, we will
explore what it means to enter into a multi-species collaborative
relationship.
No prior knowledge or experience needed.
